Required for the website and Business dashboard to function — for example, to keep you logged in and to remember queue configuration during a session. These cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.

Help us understand how the site and app are used (for example, page views and feature usage) so we can improve performance and usability. These are used in an aggregated, non-identifying way wherever possible.
2.3 Functional Cookies
Remember your preferences (for example, display settings) to improve your experience across visits.
2.4 Marketing Cookies
Used on our public marketing website (not within the logged-in Business dashboard or the End User queue experience) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing, where applicable. We do not currently use marketing cookies within the End User queue-joining flow.

Some cookies are placed by third-party service providers we use, such as analytics providers and Stripe (for secure payment processing on the Business dashboard). These providers may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy and cookie policies.
